August Luncheon

Our August Luncheon will be held August 18th at First Presbyterian Church, 800 Scott Street Little Rock, AR.We will be discussing the upcoming Bishop Andrew J. McDonald Awards Banquet as well as Labor in the Pulpits/on the Bimah/ in the Minbar. We will have literature available as well as committment pledges. The cost of the luncheon is $8.00 with a meal prepared by Scott Seidenschwarz. Hope you will be able to join us!

The board would like to welcome Melanie Orman as our Executive Director. Ms. Orman will be contacting many faith and labor leaders around the state, as we continue to grow our organization.

Bishop Andrew J. McDonald Awards Banquet

Please join us on October 1, 2011 for our annual Bishop Andrew J. McDonald Awards Banquet

At this years banquet we will be honoring four very deserving people for their hard work and dedication to working families in Arkansas. This years recipients of the Bishop Andrew J. McDonald Awards are:

Faith Award- Joyce Hardy

Community Award- Kathy Webb

Labor Award- Jim Nickels

Student Award- Caleb Baumgardner

Tables are $280 for a table of eight; individual tickets are $35.00. Ads are $100 for a full page; $50.00 for a half page; and, $25.00 for a quarter page. However, if you purchase a table and full age ad together, the cost would be $350. The banquet will be held on October 1, 2011 at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. We will start with a silent auction at 6:00 p.m., with dinner starting at 6:30.

Any donations for our Silent Auction are greatly appreciated!
